How to create and submit a new support ticket on AerialBuz?

AerialBuz has an omnichannel support. One of the channels for support is through tickets. To raise a support ticket, you need to create an account on our Support Portal.


How to submit a support ticket?

  1. Go to
  2. Navigate to Help > Support Portal.                                                                                                                                                                                                                     
  3. Sign into your Support Portal account. If you don't have an account, click on Sign Up.                                                        
  4. Once logged in, Click on Submit a ticket                                                                                                                                                  
  5. Proceed to complete the form, and ensure the subject and details are complete. You also have the option to attach a photo, video or file for our support team to view.
  6. Using the drop-down options below the Type and Priority field, you can categorise and prioritise your ticket.  
  7. Once all fields have been completed you can then go ahead and select Submit.

Click on Add CC and then enter the email address.

Useful info:

  • Once our support team have replied to your ticket, you will receive an email to notify you.
  • If you feel your ticket has been resolved, you do have the option to close the ticket yourself and you can always re-open it at a later date if needs be.
