Using the Help widget to get support on AerialBuz.

If you have any general queries about AerialBuz,, the help located on the lower right-hand side of the website can assist you.

To get Help:

1. Open the AerialBuz website. 
2. You can access the help button on any of the pages of AerialBuz.
3. Click on the Help widget on the bottom right corner of the page. 
4. The help widget will suggest you articles related to the page you are currently at.
5. You can also type the keywords or the query you have in the Search Box. It'll check and suggest you related articles. 
6. If your query has no suggested articles, click on 'Contact Us' where you can drop your contact details and give a  brief description of the query or you can send a message in the Chat box and one of our agents will reach out to you. 

NOTE: The Help widget is located in the same spot on every page of the AerialBuz website.
