Viewing and managing messages for CommunityBuz

Easily handle and organize your messages on AerialBuz for smooth communication.

To view and manage your messages in CommunityBuz account, 

1. When you sign into your AerialBuz account (https://aerialbuz.com/), you'll be navigated directly to your Social dashboard.
2. In the Navigation bar , select the dropdown menu Social > Activity Feed.                                                                                                  .   
3. It'll redirect you to your Activity Feed. Visit the dropdown menu on the top right corner under your Profile picture and Username.
4. Click on Inbox icon > View Inbox.                                                                                                                                              
5. Here you can search for your connection's messages. You can choose to Mark as unread, Archive, delete the messages or block that connection. 
6. To perform the above actions, hover to the right side of the member, click on the three dots and choose the action you want to perform. 
7. To check your Archived messages, click on the three dots above the Search box and choose Archived messages.

Alternate methods to access your CommunityBuz inbox:
1)Profile drop-down menu > Social Dashboard > My messages (Scroll down the dashboard to find My messages) and then follow from Step 4.                                                                          
2)Profile drop-down menu > Messages > Messages and then follow from Step 4
