How to raise a support ticket using Email?

If you want to raise a ticket via email you can send a mail to

  1. On ProjectBuz webpages and Homepage, on the navigation bar, select Main > Contact Us.                                                                   
  2. The other webpages of AerialBuz, you need to scroll down to the end of the page and click on Contact.   
  3. Scroll down to discover the contact information for our omnichannel support team.
  4. Click on Email or the Keyboard Icon. Upon clicking, your default email app will automatically open, with our support email pre-filled in the recipient field.


  5. Enter the content in the mail body and send it. A ticket will be raised at our support team's end.
