Why I need to create a separate support account?

We strive to offer the best omni-channel support experience to our valued users. To achieve this, we have implemented a robust SAS-based system that ensures seamless support across multiple channels. 



While we are actively working on integrating it with the main user accounts, we kindly request our users to create a separate account for support ticket management in the meantime. This enables us to provide dedicated and efficient assistance tailored specifically to their support needs.
