AerialBuz's Knowledge Base offers a wide array of solution articles, providing users with an extensive range of resources to fully support them and assist in navigating the various features of the website.

To access the knowledge portal from our website's homepage ( and to search for a particular article, please refer "How to search support articles from Knowledge Portal"

  • The solution articles in AerialBuz's Knowledge Base are systematically organized into main categories and further divided into subcategories for easier navigation and efficient access to specific information.When you first open the knowledge base, you can only see the main categories. You can click on whichever category you want to find an article for.                                                                                                                                                                                                       
  • Once clicked on, this page will show you all the sub-categories and the solution articles present in the sub-categories The number near the sub-category folder denotes the number of articles in that folder.
