How do I see all the orders I have placed?

If you want to track updates, confirm orders, retrieve receipts, stay organized, and get customer support, checking your placed orders can effectively manage your purchases.

To check the orders you have placed:

  1. Sign in to your AerialBuz account ( You'll be navigated directly to your Social dashboard.
  2. You can access your Orders page in three ways:
    • On the fourth row of the Social dashboard, click on My Orders.
    • From the profile dropdown menu, select My Transactions > Orders.  
    • From the slider on the left-hand side, click on the arrow near My Transactions and click on Orders. 
  3. On this page, you will find all the orders you have placed along with the order date, status and shipment details. You can also choose to request a refund, view the order, print invoices, request warranty and get help from the vendor.
