How to raise a support ticket for a product

On AerialBuz, we provide vendors with the option to directly receive support tickets for their products. If you're a customer and need assistance, you can easily raise a ticket for prompt resolution.



To raise a support ticket :


  1. Sign in to your AerialBuz account (https://aerialbuz.com/). You'll be navigated directly to your Social dashboard. 
  2. From the navigation pane, select MarketBuz > Vendors 
  3. Here you can see all the Vendors of AerialBuz.                                                                                                                                                    
  4. Search for the Vendor you want to raise a ticket for and then click on the vendor name to open their profile.
  5. Scroll down the vendor's profile and click on Get Support from Vendor.   
  6. Enter a subject and Message, then click on Submit


You can also raise a ticket to a vendor of a particular product, when you're browsing on the MarketBuz online shop. Just scroll down on the product you are viewing and click on Vendor Info. Here you will have the option to raise a support ticket.



Note: If you are unable to find the support ticket button on both the methods mentioned below, it may be due to the vendor disabling the option to raise tickets.
