On AerialBuz, we provide vendors with the option to directly receive support tickets for their products. If you're a customer and need assistance, you can easily raise a ticket for prompt resolution.
Note: If you are unable to find the support ticket button on both the methods mentioned below, it may be due to the vendor disabling the option to raise tickets.
To raise a support ticket:
- Sign in to your AerialBuz account (https://aerialbuz.com/). You'll be navigated directly to your Social dashboard.
- From the navigation pane, select MarketBuz > Vendors.
- Here you can see all the Vendors of AerialBuz.
- Search for the Vendor you want to raise a ticket for and then click on the vendor name to open their profile.
- Scroll down the vendor's profile and click on Get Support from Vendor. Note: The support button text can be different if the vendor has changed it. The button will always be between the follow and share button.
- Enter a subject and Message, then click on Submit.
Alternatively you can find the support button on the product's page.
- Sign in to your AerialBuz account (https://aerialbuz.com/). You'll be navigated directly to your social dashboard.
- From the navigation pane, select MarketBuz > Aerial Shop and choose whichever product category you want to shop for.
- Click on the name of the product you want to send support ticket for.
- Click on Vendor Info.
- Click on Get Support from Vendor. Note: The support button text can be different if the vendor has changed it.
- Enter a subject and Message, then click on Submit.
