How to raise a Product enquiry?

When you are browsing on the MarketBuz's online store, you might have additional questions about the product sold by various vendors. AerialBuz provides the option to submit a product enquiry directly to the vendor.

Raising a product enquiry while shopping on MarketBuz:
1. Access the online marketplace by selecting MarketBuz > Buy drones or Drone Accessories. .
2. Select the product you want to send a product enquiry, scroll down and click on Product Enquiry.
3. If you are not registered you can still send enquiries. You just have to enter your name and email address. If you are already registered and logged in, you will not be required to enter the above details.
4. Enter the enquiry and click on Submit Enquiry.An email will be sent to the vendor and you can continue the conversation through the registered email or entered email address.
Raising a product enquiry while browsing Vendors:
1. Access the Vendor Directory by selecting MarketBuz > Vendors.
2. Choose the vendor's whose product you want to send an enquiry for by clicking on the vendor's name.
3. Scroll down and click on the product to open up the product's page.
4. Scroll down and click on Product Enquiry.
5. If you are not registered you can still send enquiries. You just have to enter your name and email address. If you are already registered and logged in, you will not be required to enter the above details.
6. Enter the enquiry and click on Submit Enquiry. An email will be sent to the vendor and you can continue the conversation through the registered email or entered email address.
