On your Vendor dashboard, you have the flexibility to modify the properties of your products, including warranties, which may differ from the default settings. This enables you to override the default RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) policy and customize it according to the specific warranty terms you wish to offer for individual products.
To override the default RMA for a product:
- Sign in to your AerialBuz account (https://aerialbuz.com/). You'll be navigated directly to your social dashboard.
- There are three ways to access your Vendor Dashboard.
- On the social dashboard, on the third row, click on Vendor Dashboard.
- From the profile drop-down menu on the top right-hand side select Vendor Dashboard.
- From the slider panel on the left-hand side of the webpage, click on Vendor Dashboard.
- On the social dashboard, on the third row, click on Vendor Dashboard.
- Click on Products to open up your products page where you manage and view all your listed products.
- Hover over the product you want to set a unique RMA for and click on Edit.
- Scroll down to RMA options and Tick the box asking to Override your default RMA settings.
- Once you click on the tick box, select what option you want for the product and enter the RMA policy. For more information about the options, you can read from Step 5 onwards of the article Adding a default Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) policy.
- Scroll down to the end and click on Save Product.
- The warranty details you enter for this product will appear on the products page, when the customer opens it. Based on the kind of warranty, it will appear on the product page.
- The RMA policy can be seen by the customer by clicking on Warranty policy below the Vendor Name.
