Where do I check and work on all the return requests I have raised?

Tracking return requests as a customer helps maintain records, ensures timely resolution, aids in refund tracking, resolves disputes, monitors return status, and provides an overview of return history for better budgeting and purchase management.

To check all the return requests:

  1. Sign in to your AerialBuz account (https://aerialbuz.com/). You'll be navigated directly to your Social dashboard.
  2. You can access RMA requests page in two ways:
    • Option 1: From the profile dropdown menu, select My Transactions > RMA Requests 
    • Option 2: From the slider on the left-hand side, click on the arrow near My Transactions and click on RMA Requests. 
  3.  All the refund requests you raised will appear here.   
  4. Click on view to see if you have received any reply or comments from the vendor.
  5. Scroll down to check if you have received any messages from the vendor. Enter your reply in the text field and click on Send Message.
