How to moderate and approve your reviews as a vendor?

Reviews are crucial for you as vendor for building trust, credibility, and visibility, while providing feedback and a competitive edge for success. As a vendor on AerialBuz, you can moderate your reviews, to make sure spam reviews that might hamper your credibility are allowed to show up on the products page.

To check and moderate the reviews:

1. Sign in to your AerialBuz account (https://aerialbuz.com/). You'll be navigated directly to your Social dashboard. 
2. The three ways to access your Vendor dashboard:
   • Option 1: On the social dashboard, on the third row, click on Vendor Dashboard. 
   • Option 2: From the profile drop-down menu on the top right-hand side select Vendor Dashboard.  
   • Option 3: From the slider panel on the left-hand side of the webpage, click on Vendor Dashboard. 
3. Once the vendor dashboard open, click on Reviews.  
4. It opens the approved reviews page. If you want to unapprov or move the review to spam or trash, hover over the review to reveal these choices.  
5. Click on Pending to open the unapproved reviews.   
6. You have the option to either approve the review, allowing it to be displayed on your product's page, or mark it as spam and discard it. To perform the desired action, simply hover over the review to reveal the available choices. 

7. If you move any reviews to spam, you can permanently delete or move it back to Approved by clicking on Not Spam . Hover over the review to reveal the options. 

8. If you move any reviews to Trash, you can either Restore it which will send it to the Approved section or Permanently delete it. Hover over the review to reveal the options.
